By using glowthery.xyz ("the site") you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and plainly written.

What the site does

GLOWTHERY turns money pointed at a vault into destroyed supply on a fixed rhythm. The console, explorer and funding panel are read-and-fund surfaces over that engine, and everything they show comes straight from the chain.

On-chain by default

Every burn, trade and receipt lives on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663). The site reads that chain and shows it; the numbers here can always be checked against the token itself.

Your keys, your wallet

The site never takes custody, never holds private keys and never moves anything on your behalf. Anything you sign is signed by you, in your own wallet.

Not financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content here is a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Do your own research (DYOR).

The token

The project token is a utility token on Robinhood Chain. It is not offered as a security or an investment product. Always confirm the contract address from the official channels on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of the jurisdiction in which the project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
